Another standout period of progress from our students and the team at SFT are constantly proud of the dedication shown by every pilot. We are pleased to be able to share some of these achievements with you, so please join us in congratulating all of our latest SFT high achievers.
Dresden - Multi-Engine Class Rating
Congratulations to Dresden who passed his Multi-Engine Class Rating. After completing his CPL earlier this year, Dresden moved straight into his multi-engine training with Instructor Kayla in the Seminole. Following a solid training block, Dresden successfully completed his flight test with examiner Mark and added another qualification to his licence. We wish you all the best for the next stage of your aviation journey.
Olivia - First Solo
Congratulations to Olivia for completing her first solo flight! Olivia has come from the UK to complete her flight training in Australia and has been flying with instructor Clarissa a couple times a week. Olivia and Kate took to the skies this morning for a few dual circuits before Kate stepped out to let Olivia set off by herself. We’re excited to see Olivia progress through the rest of her RPL syllabus.
Bodie - First Solo
Congratulations to Brodie, who has achieved a major milestone in his aviation journey, his very first solo flight. After months of training, learning, and guidance from instructor Josh, it was time to take the controls alone and put all that hard work into practice. From pre-flight nerves to the excitement of touchdown, this is one of those moments every pilot remembers forever. An incredible achievement and just the beginning of many more adventures in the sky.
Jesse - RPL
Congratulations to Jesse on successfully passing his RPL Flight Test. A fantastic achievement and the result of plenty of hard work and dedication throughout training with instructor Clarissa. A big thank you to examiner Steve for conducting the flight test. Well done, Jesse, we’re excited to see where your aviation journey takes you next.
Matt - RPL
Well done to Matt on passing his Recreational Pilot Licence (RPL) flight test. A brilliant achievement after all the effort put into his training. A big thank you to examiner Rakend for conducting the flight test, and to instructor Kate for guiding Matt every step of the way. The journey doesn’t stop here - next up is the Private Pilot Licence (PPL)! We can’t wait to see what you’ll accomplish next.
Ben - First Solo
Huge congratulations to Ben on completing his first solo flight! A massive milestone in every pilot’s journey and one you’ll never forget. Well done on all your hard work and dedication to get to this point. Enjoy the moment, Ben, you’ve earned it! A big thank you to instructor Josh for helping make it happen.
Inigo - First Solo
Another first solo in the books! Congratulations to Inigo on completing your first solo flight. A milestone that marks the beginning of an exciting aviation journey and a reward for all the hard work and dedication shown throughout training. Well done, Inigo, we can’t wait to see what comes next!
Luca - First Solo
Well done to Luca on completing his first solo flight! Luca has been training with Clarissa and took to the skies solo after flying with instructor Brian today. An awesome achievement and one you’ll never forget.
Karl - Flight Instructor Rating
Well done to Karl on successfully achieving his Grade 3 Flight Instructor Rating! Karl completed his training with instructors Kate and Tim, before passing his flight test with examiner Steve. After all the hard work and training, Karl is now getting ready to take the next step in his aviation journey, starting his new job as a flight instructor! It’s been a pleasure watching Karl progress through his training, and we’re excited to see him pass on his knowledge to the next generation of pilots.
